Sunday 29 December there will be Beach Training & Sunrise Meditation at Turimetta Beach. Departure from the meeting point will be 05:00. Map
Beach training notes.For sunrise meditation have something to sit on and depending on the weather you may wish to bring additional clothing. Meditation is followed by tai-jutsu and weapons practise, remember to bring your weapons. Please be ready to depart the meeting point at the nominated time.
